It's looking really good! I am curious to see it in a horizontal layout, maybe giving the copy text some more room to breathe. I like the fork "pointing" at the logo at the bottom. :)
I like the look and feel for the arrangement here. My advice is to rework the body copywrite. It's a good start, but some parts feel too wordy (a mouthful if you will), and some parts could be reworked around.
Like I would have the last sentence made into two, and have it end with "Available exclusively from Veer".
